    We are Lesilea GmbH, located at Jordangasse 7/12, 1010 Vienna, Austria.

    We operate the online store on the website www.greenguru.cz.

    For the sale of goods and the operation of our website, we process certain personal data.

    The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

    I. Personal Data Processing

    1. Processing of personal data when using the contact form

    If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. These include: name, surname, email.

    Why?

    We use these details to contact you for further communication regarding the goods.

    On what legal basis?

    The processing is carried out based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiations before entering into a contract or taking steps at your request prior to concluding a contract.

    How long will we process personal data?

    If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 3 months from our last communication.

    2. Processing of personal data in case of purchase

    If you make a purchase with us, we will process the data you enter. These mainly include billing details: name, surname, address, telephone, email, age.

    Why?

    We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract – to deliver the goods to you. We also use contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, possible complaints, or your inquiries.

    We also process personal data to fulfil our legal obligations (mainly accounting, tax, and complaint-handling obligations).

    On what legal basis do we process personal data?

    The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – contract performance, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – fulfilment of our legal obligations.

    How long will we process personal data?

    For the duration of the service and then for 2 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

    3. Newsletter (commercial communication)

    If you are a purchasing customer and did not opt out during the purchase, we will use your email address to send our updates.

    On what legal basis?

    This is permitted under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, unless you prohibited it during the purchase.

    How long will we process personal data?

    For 3 years from your last purchase. You may unsubscribe at any time via email or by contacting us at: info@greenguru.cz

    II. Who Has Access to the Data?

    Your data stays with us. However, some companies or individuals may access it because they help us operate our e-shop. These include:

    • operator of the Shoptet e-commerce platform (Shoptet a.s., Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00 Prague 6, CRN 289 35 675)
    • companies involved in shipping goods: PPL, Packeta, FedEx, UPS
    • companies processing payments: GoPay Czech branch
    • provider of email marketing services: SmartSelling a.s.

    We process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.

    III. What Else Should You Know

    We do not have a designated Data Protection Officer.

    We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling.

    V. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data

    Under GDPR, you have the right to request information about the personal data we process, request access to such data, have it updated or corrected, request restriction of processing, request a copy of processed data, request deletion of personal data in certain cases, and in certain situations you have the right to data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

    If you believe that we handle your data improperly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, or take your claims to court.
