1. Scope of Application
By concluding a contract, these Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all mutual claims between the customer and Lesilea GmbH, hereinafter referred to as "GreenGuru", in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded.
2. Contracting Party / Customer Group / Delivery
2.1. GreenGuru concludes contracts only with fully competent natural persons over the age of 18.
2.2. Orders placed through www.greenguru.cz can be delivered to the following countries: Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, and any other countries available during checkout.
2.3. Registration is not required to place an order. Customers may order as guests. If a customer chooses to create an account, all information must be complete and correct, and registration must be carried out in their own name.
2.4. If GreenGuru mistakenly accepts an order from a person who does not meet the requirements above, GreenGuru is entitled to withdraw from the contract within a reasonable period.
3. Conclusion of Contract
3.1. By submitting an online order (selecting a product, entering the required data, and confirming the order), the customer submits a binding offer. Acceptance by GreenGuru is required.
3.2. GreenGuru is not obliged to accept the customer’s offer.
3.3. The contract for goods is concluded only through the actual dispatch and delivery of the ordered goods. An automated order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance.
3.4. The contract text is not stored permanently. Customers receive an order confirmation email. The current version of these Terms is always available on www.greenguru.cz.
4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
4.1. Withdrawal Right
Customers have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded with GreenGuru within 14 days without giving any reason.
4.2. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period lasts 14 days from the day the customer or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods. For multiple goods in one order delivered separately, the period begins on the day the last item is received.
4.3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

A model withdrawal form is provided at the end of these Terms, but its use is not mandatory.
4.4. Effects of Withdrawal
GreenGuru will refund all received payments, including standard delivery costs (but excluding any extra delivery methods chosen by the customer), within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds may be withheld until GreenGuru receives the returned goods or until the customer provides proof of return.
4.5. Return of Goods and Return Costs
Customers must return the goods within 14 days after notifying GreenGuru of withdrawal.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
- Goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalised;
- Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- Sealed audio/video recordings or software once unsealed;
- Newspapers and magazines (except subscription contracts);
- Digital content if delivery started with the customer’s explicit consent before the withdrawal period ended.
6. Inspection of Goods – Compensation for Diminished Value
The customer may inspect the goods only to the extent possible in a physical store. Excessive handling may result in compensation for any reduction in value.
7. Availability of Goods
If goods become unavailable after contract conclusion, GreenGuru may offer an equivalent replacement or withdraw from the contract. All payments will be refunded.
8. Typographical Errors
Obvious pricing or product description errors entitle GreenGuru to withdraw unless the customer accepts the corrected terms.
9. Delivery Time and Transfer of Risk
9.1. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within 2–7 working days, and no later than 30 days. The period begins after payment receipt (prepayment) or after order confirmation (other methods).
9.2. Risk transfers to the customer only upon actual receipt of the goods.
10. Delivery and Shipping Costs

11. Prices
All shop prices are final prices including VAT. The price displayed in the cart at the time of ordering is binding.
12. Payment and Late Payment
Available payment methods are shown in the checkout and match those listed on “Delivery & Payment”. In case of late payment, standard statutory interest and reasonable reminder fees may apply.
13. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of GreenGuru until fully paid for.
14. Warranty and Manufacturer Guarantees
Statutory warranty rights apply. Manufacturer guarantees apply only if explicitly provided and must be claimed directly from the manufacturer.
15. Liability
GreenGuru is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence, except for personal injury and mandatory liability under product liability laws.
16. Data Protection
Personal data is processed according to GDPR for the purpose of fulfilling the order. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy on the website.
17. Duty to Report Changes to Customer Data
Customers must promptly report changes to their address or contact information.
18. Contract Language
The contract and communication language for orders delivered to Austria is German.
19. Place of Performance
The place of performance is the registered office of Lesilea GmbH in Vienna.
20. Assignment of Claims
Customers must notify GreenGuru in writing before assigning claims to a third party.
21. Applicable Law
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumer protection rules of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
22. Court Jurisdiction
Legal actions against GreenGuru must be filed with the competent court at the company's registered office. Consumers may file lawsuits only at the court responsible for their residence, where legally required.
23. Severability Clause
If any provision becomes invalid, the remainder of the Terms remains in force.
24. Dispute Resolution
We recognize the Internet Ombudsstelle as an alternative dispute resolution body.
